At Redmond Life, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we recommend obtaining a tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects the returned garments, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
